• Information you share in person or by phone when booking or receiving services, such as service preferences and, if you choose to tell us, allergies or sensitivities relevant to a treatment (for example, before colouring, waxing or a facial).
• Basic technical information collected automatically by our website host, such as browser type, device type and pages visited, used only in aggregate to keep the site working and understand overall traffic.

We do not ask for payment information on this website.

How the booking request works

When you submit the booking form, the website prepares an email with your request that is sent from your own email app to our email address. We receive it in our business email inbox. We then confirm your appointment by phone or email.

Why we use your information

• To respond to your request and schedule, confirm or change appointments.
• To provide services safely, including noting allergies or sensitivities you tell us about.
• To answer your questions.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

We will only send you promotional messages if you clearly agree to receive them, and you can opt out at any time. This also follows Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

This website shows a map from Google Maps and links to our Facebook page. When you use these features, Google or Meta may collect information under their own privacy policies. Some of these service providers may store information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of those countries.

We keep appointment requests and client records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then securely delete them.
